Job Description:

Join our team as an Interventional Radiology RN in Alexandria, VA, for a contract assignment where you'll play a vital role in performing IR procedures in a dedicated lab setting. This position requires proficiency with IVs and critical care experience to successfully support patients undergoing peripheral angios, endovascular repairs, PICCs, Para/Thora, and embolizations. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with a typical caseload of 4-6 cases daily, ensuring smooth operations in two IR suites. The 40-hour week involves variable shifts, including rotating weekend and weekday on-call rotations, with a response time of 30 minutes during on-call hours. Scrubs are provided, and a one-week orientation will help acclimate you to the unit, EMR system (EPIC), and protocols. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your IR skill set while working closely with a professional team committed to excellence in interventional radiology procedures.
