Job Description:

Join us as a vital member of the surgical team in Passaic, New Jersey, where your expertise as an RN in the Operating Room will shine! This role is perfect for those with solid cardiac experience and the ability to take on the excitement of call shifts. You will work 8-hour shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a balanced work-life rhythm with the opportunity for weekend call every 5th week. If you have a knack for handling high-stakes situations calmly and efficiently, you'll thrive here. Your responsibilities will include coordinating care with surgeons and anesthesiologists, as well as guiding OR Technicians to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety during perioperative procedures. Be prepared to step in on short notice; after all, who wouldn’t want to save the day?
