Job Description:

Join our team as a travel ICU nurse in Oklahoma City, where you'll be vital in caring for patients with a range of health issues, from straightforward to complex. This role involves providing hands-on nursing care in a hospital setting during daytime shifts, emphasizing close collaboration with physicians and support staff. You'll document patient responses, assist with examinations and diagnostic procedures, and administer medications, including IV infusions and blood products. The assignment offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced environment while engaging with patients and their families throughout their hospital stay and at discharge. Expect to take responsibility for a defined group of patients, make clinical judgments, and support the healthcare team in delivering quality care in a busy, rewarding setting.
