Job Description:

This hospital RN position involves providing comprehensive medical/surgical care to adult and pediatric patients, supporting them through pre- and post-operative phases, and managing a variety of medical conditions. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a setting where patient-to-staff ratios are kept at an efficient 5:1, ensuring a focused and manageable workload. Day shift hours allow for consistent routines, and the assignment includes caring for patients from admission to discharge, including discharge planning. As part of the team, you will coordinate closely with physicians, charge nurses, and other healthcare professionals, and may assist with mentoring less experienced staff. This role is perfect for a nurse who enjoys a balance of autonomous practice and collaborative teamwork in a hospital environment.
