Job Description:

This respiratory therapy position in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a children's hospital offers an engaging opportunity for RRTs to apply their L&D experience in a fast-paced environment. The role involves working primarily in the L&D setting but also includes floating to NICU, Peds, and PICU as needed, providing variety and the chance to develop versatile skills. Travelers will be expected to manage respiratory diagnostics and support critically ill children, ensuring optimal respiratory care during their shift. This assignment is unique for its focus on pediatric critical care in a dedicated children’s hospital, with a schedule of night shifts that keep the days free to explore nearby attractions after work.
