Job Description:

Join a dedicated team working in a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Montgomery, Alabama, where you'll have the chance to float to adult patient care as needed. This 12-hour night shift assignment offers a unique opportunity to apply your neonatal critical care skills in a complex environment. You'll be managing a typical census of 18-20 patients across 36 beds, performing procedures like ground transports and nitric oxide administration, and working independently on nights when you may be the only NICU RRT. Embrace the challenge of providing specialized respiratory support using technology such as PB ventilators, Oscillators, and EMR systems like Cerner. This role is perfect for experienced RTs comfortable working with adult critical patients and NICU-specific procedures, offering a chance to expand your expertise in a fast-paced setting while being supported by orientation and manageable scheduling.
