Job Description:

Join a dedicated nursing team on a 13-week contract working the night shift in Peoria, Illinois. As a staff Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for caring for a specific group of patients during your 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. Your role involves performing comprehensive initial assessments, developing and adjusting individualized care plans, and ensuring accurate documentation of all nursing activities.
