Job Description:

Join a busy Emergency Department as an RN on a 13-week night shift contract in Iron River, Michigan. You'll be responsible for assessing and managing a wide variety of cases, from respiratory emergencies and trauma to pediatric and geriatric health concerns. This role offers the chance to be a vital part of a small, 9-bed ED with two trauma bays and negative pressure rooms, with opportunities to float to ICU and Med/Surg units as needed. Expect to perform charge nurse duties during shifts, and engage in a fast-paced environment where every night brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Your expertise in trauma, cardiac, or respiratory emergencies will be essential in supporting patients through critical moments while enjoying a shift structure that fosters autonomy and teamwork.
