Job Description:

This travel healthcare position offers a chance to work across multiple departments in a vibrant setting requiring floating within a 20-mile radius. The role involves delivering direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts, where you'll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care for your assigned patient groups. Expect to coordinate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure safe and efficient care, administer medications and treatments per protocols, and supervise licensed and non-licensed staff. This assignment not only sharpens your clinical skills but also gives you a unique perspective on department operations and patient needs in a dynamic environment.
