Job Description:

Join our team as a skilled healthcare professional in a 12-hour night shift assignment at a facility in Elmira, NY. You will be responsible for administering medications, performing assessments, and developing care plans for patients in a step-down environment. This role requires managing patient ratios of 3:1 during the day and adjusting to 5:1 or 7:1 at night, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with team members. This unique opportunity offers a chance to apply your expertise in a structured setting where teamwork and efficient patient management are key. Expect to work 36 hours weekly over a 13-week contract, gaining valuable experience in a supportive and professional environment.
