Job Description:

Join a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation team where you'll provide care for a diverse range of patients recovering from strokes, trauma, amputations, and other debilities. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotations, giving you the opportunity to experience a variety of cases in a supportive hospital environment. Your responsibilities will include charting in Epic, managing a patient load with ratios from 1:4 to 1:8 during nights, and adapting to float to different inpatient units as needed. This assignment offers a chance to build upon your rehab expertise and make a tangible difference in patients' recovery journey while enjoying the unique quiet of night hours.
