Job Description:

Join our team as an RN in the Medical ICU at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith, where you'll work the night shift on a 3x12 schedule. This contract role offers an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team managing a 32-bed ICU with patient ratios ranging from 2:1 to 3:1. You'll utilize EPIC electronic medical records and float to stepdown and med-surg units as needed, ensuring comprehensive critical care experience. Expect to pass a medication and math competency test before administering medications, with a focus on maintaining patient safety. An upbeat, driven personality suits this fast-paced environment that thrives on teamwork and precision. Current Arkansas licensure, BLS, ACLS, and at least two years of critical care experience are required. A CCRN certification is preferred.
