Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room RN in Boston, where you'll be part of a busy surgical department supporting a variety of specialties including gen, gyn, GU, oral, oto, bariatrics, ortho, neuro, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, and spine. This contracted role offers the opportunity to work in one of the city's 17 ORs that operates around the clock, handling diverse cases that keep your skills sharp. Expect to scrub in on complex procedures, collaborate with skilled staff, and enjoy a schedule that includes day and night shifts with every third weekend and holiday coverage. Flexibility and a positive attitude are key, along with the ability to manage at least five of the listed specialties confidently. The position provides an engaging, fast-paced environment where your expertise makes a real difference in patient outcomes.

Job Specifics:

Location: Boston, MA
Shift: 12-hour FLEX shifts (7 AM start for days, 7 PM start for nights)
Duration: 14 weeks; 36 hours per week
