Job Description:

Join our team as a cardiovascular ICU nurse in Sacramento, where you'll have the chance to work in a specialized 20-bed ICU focusing on complex cardiac cases, including post-op CABG, LVAD, IABP, and TAVR patients. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour day shifts, giving you ample opportunity to experience the rhythm of this vibrant city while providing critical care to patients recovering from major cardiovascular procedures. The role includes float coverage across multiple Sacramento facilities and involves hands-on management of advanced monitoring, critical drips, and emergency interventions. You'll be part of a professional team that emphasizes skill validation for procedures like CRRT and IABP, working closely with hospitalists and intensivists.
