Job Description:

Join us for an engaging contract role as a Case Manager Registered Nurse at Moses Cone Hospital's Emergency Department in Greensboro, North Carolina. This position offers a unique chance to collaborate within a busy hospital setting, focusing on discharge planning, needs assessment, and utilization review. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, managing patient transitions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, all while utilizing your expertise in acute hospital care, ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, and Obs specialties. The shift consists of 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to apply your previous charge experience and EPIC case management skills. Job Specifics:

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina

Shift: 8-hour days, Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30

Duration: 13 weeks, with an estimated weekly gross pay of $2,153.51, totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
