This home health contract in Duluth, Minnesota, offers a hands-on opportunity for Physical Therapists to provide care in a community setting. You'll be managing approximately 150 patients within a 45-mile radius, focusing on start-of-care assessments, initial evaluations, and routine visits. The role involves working with Epic charting systems and overseeing PTA staff, with most shifts running from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
