Job Description:

This ICU/ MICU travel nursing assignment offers an engaging experience working with critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for monitoring and supporting patients with complex medical needs, often in a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. The role involves collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team, utilizing Meditech EMR, and adhering to advanced protocols such as BLS, ACLS, and NIH guidelines. A compact or Kentucky license is required, and the schedule features 12-hour night shifts for a duration of approximately 13 weeks.
