Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse in Neptune City, New Jersey, you'll find yourself delving into the vibrant world of postpartum, antepartum, labor, and nursery care. This role offers a chance to craft personalized care plans while ensuring that each patient feels supported and valued during their journey. You'll engage in comprehensive assessments, implement therapeutic nursing interventions, and advocate for evidence-based practices that enhance the quality of care.

In this unique position, you won't just be checking boxes; you will be actively shaping the healthcare experience for your patients. With a rotating schedule that includes 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM shifts three times a week, you’ll have the flexibility to enjoy life outside of work. Every other weekend and three of six holidays add a touch of variety to your commitments, allowing you to embrace the ebb and flow of work-life balance.
