Job Description:

Join a specialized CVICU team as a Registered Nurse, where your expertise in ECMO management and post-cardiac surgical care will be essential. You'll work in a 10-bed unit with an average daily census of 7, floating to cardiac stepdown units of similar acuity. This assignment offers the chance to apply advanced skills like dysrhythmia interpretation, pulmonary artery line monitoring, and titration of cardiac and vasoactive drugs. Expect a shift structure of 12-hour days, providing ample time to focus on complex patient cases while enjoying your time off.
