Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse position offers the chance to work in a specialized stepdown unit that closely resembles ICU care, focusing on patients with respiratory distress, unstable hemodynamics, and post-operative recovery. As a traveler in this role, you'll handle complex procedures such as arterial lines, vasoactive drips, and telemetry monitoring, ensuring critical interventions are promptly executed. The shift follows a 12-hour night schedule, with additional responsibilities including managing chest tubes, trach care, and rapid response team activation. This assignment is perfect for nurses who thrive on autonomy, precision, and a steady rhythm in high-stakes environments.
