Job Description:

Join a dedicated Medical Surgical Float RN role in Boone, North Carolina, where you'll have the opportunity to work across ICU, Intermediate, Stepdown, and MedSurg units, providing vital support during a 13-week contract. This position features a 3x12-hour daytime shift, with up to two weekends per month, and requires flexibility to float between units based on patient volume. You’ll be part of a team that values adaptability, with a focus on delivering consistent patient care in a fast-paced environment. Experience with EMR systems like EPIC, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification are required.
