Job Description:

Join a seasoned Operating Room team as a circulating RN in a 2-room outpatient setting where you'll be hands-on with admitting and discharging patients, supporting recovery, and managing intraoperative activities. This role offers a chance to experience the fast-paced world of perioperative care, utilizing equipment like Onmicell and computerized charting systems such as Cerner. You'll need to bring at least three years of OR nursing experience, including pre- and post-op responsibilities, along with active Nebraska or compact licensure. Critical skills include CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications—preferably in place at start, but can be obtained shortly after orientation. Expect a typical M-F schedule from 0700 to 1530, with some call shifts during the week and weekends every few weeks. This assignment blends clinical expertise with a steady routine in a supportive environment, perfect for nurses eager to deepen their OR experience while enjoying a balanced schedule.
