Job Description:

Join a dedicated inpatient psychiatric team as a Behavioral Health RN in Christiansburg, VA. You'll be responsible for providing direct patient support in a 36-bed facility, focusing on mental health stabilization and crisis intervention. Work a 3x12-hour shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the option for additional shifts upon request. Your role will include charting in EPIC and participating in weekend and holiday rotations, ensuring continuity of care for a diverse patient population.
