Job Description:

Join us as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse in Monroe, WI, where you'll provide crucial support on a Level 1 LDRP unit during overnight shifts. This role involves monitoring fetal and maternal vital signs, conducting external fetal heart monitoring, managing antepartum and postpartum care, and assisting with procedures such as NSTs and reflex checks. Working in a 12-bed unit with a Level 1 nursery, you'll use AWHONN staffing guidelines to ensure quality care. Be prepared to work every third weekend and possibly a holiday, with all required certifications including BLS, FHM, NRP, and preferred AWHONN advanced. Scrubs are provided, and for safety, you'll need to shave for FIT testing—failure to do so cancels the assignment.
