Job Description:

This travel healthcare assignment places you in the role of a highly skilled RN specializing in case management at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital in Margate, Florida. You'll work eight-hour daytime shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the added excitement of rotating every other weekend. Your day will involve coordinating patient care plans, ensuring proper documentation through systems like Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky, and collaborating with a dedicated team within a 289-bed facility. The unit’s mix of nurses and social workers thrives on multitasking, independence, and building positive relationships, all while maintaining a professional yet approachable demeanor. Experience in acute care and adaptability are crucial, as you'll navigate a busy environment where strong communication and time management are key to success.
