Job Description:

Join a specialized transplant stepdown unit, where you'll play a crucial role in caring for post-surgical kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant patients. You will provide nursing care in a hospital setting, focusing on patients requiring close monitoring for infection, rejection, and medication management. Your day shift will involve documenting patient responses, assisting physicians during examinations, administering prescribed medications, and monitoring vital signs. This assignment offers a chance to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, supporting pre- and post-transplant patients through their recovery and evaluation processes.
