Job Description:

This radiologic technologist role involves performing both basic and intermediate computed tomography (CT) procedures in a hospital setting. The technician will operate GE Revolution and Evo scanners, conducting a variety of scans including general anatomy, calcium scoring, coronary studies, stroke alerts, CTA perfusion, and chest, abdomen, and head imaging. You'll work alongside other CT technologists, radiology RNs, and support staff to deliver accurate imaging for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency cases. The work includes procedural tasks like biopsies and drains, with patient ratios maintained at 1:1. A solid understanding of protocols and experience with GE equipment are essential. The shift is scheduled for 12-hour days, offering a balanced work schedule with no on-call requirements, and the role includes holiday rotations in summer and winter months.
