Job Description:

This maternal health RN role puts you at the forefront of labor, delivery, and mother-baby care in a celebrated hospital setting. Expect to oversee a steady flow of approximately 120 deliveries monthly, including vaginal births and C-sections, within a facility that boasts a Level 2 NICU and small capacity Baby Friendly designation. During your 12-hour night shift, you’ll manage active labor, occasional triage in LDR, and provide support for postpartum patients and newborns on the Mother Baby Unit—many of whom require advanced fetal monitoring and breastfeeding assistance. Your responsibilities will include circulating during C-sections, performing IV insertions, and supporting postpartum recovery, all while working alongside a dedicated team that values your expertise and experience. This assignment offers a balanced mix of clinical acumen and compassionate patient engagement in a teaching hospital environment that appreciates traveled staff with prior NICU and L&D experience.
