Job Description:

This RN position in the Neurology unit at Mercy Hospital Springfield offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, providing specialized inpatient care for neuro patients. You'll be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans, monitoring neurological status, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves hands-on work with equipment such as IV pumps and telemetry monitors, and requires experience in drug titration within a neuro setting. This assignment is unique because you'll be working in a facility with advanced trauma and stroke care certifications, in a fast-paced environment that challenges your clinical skills and decision-making abilities.
