Job Description:

Join a dedicated team supporting maternal and newborn health at a prominent women's services unit in Smyrna, Tennessee. This role involves providing expert assistance during labor, delivery, and postpartum, working alongside midwives, CRNAs, and obstetricians to ensure safe and personalized birth experiences. The shift is 12-hour nights, offering a chance to immerse yourself in a bustling unit where advanced procedures like fetal monitoring, IUPC, and magnesium sulfate administration are routine. You'll work with state-of-the-art documentation systems such as CPN and Meditech and support a patient ratio of 1-2, ensuring attentive, high-quality care. This assignment combines hands-on involvement with a touch of the extraordinary—helping to make each birth special while enjoying a supportive environment geared toward excellence.
