Job Description:

This travel nursing position involves providing direct patient care in a hospital setting during 12-hour night shifts. As a critical part of the healthcare team, you'll assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients, monitoring their physiological responses and administering prescribed treatments. Your role includes documenting patient responses, assisting physicians with examinations and minor diagnostic procedures, and ensuring patients and their families are well-informed about procedures and discharge plans. You'll also collaborate with support staff to deliver safe and effective nursing care. This assignment offers a unique chance to experience the rhythm of night shifts while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
