Job Description:

Join us as a Labor and Delivery RN on a night shift assignment at a facility in Midland, TX. This role involves rotating through triage, antepartum, labor, circulation, and transition units—no postpartum duties are required. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a flexible start date (must begin on a Monday) and a commitment of at least 16 weeks. You will be an integral part of the team providing specialized care during some of the most critical moments for mothers and babies, experiencing the intensity and rewards of childbirth in a vibrant setting. The position offers an engaging opportunity to enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment, with consistent weekend nights and a focus on collaboration and clinical excellence.
