Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a registered nurse on 12-hour night shifts, working from 1900 to 0700 during holiday periods with a flexible 3-12 schedule. In this role, you'll coordinate care delivery, implement age-appropriate nursing interventions, and provide patient education for individuals with complex needs. You'll lead a team of CNAs, LPNs, and Ward Secretaries, ensuring a seamless, holistic approach to patient care. Your expertise will shine as you adapt to different situations, assisting patients through a mix of direct interventions and collaborative planning in a rewarding hospital environment that values both skill and compassion.
