Job Description:

This is a night shift contract in a busy stepdown unit where you'll be responsible for monitoring young adult to geriatric patients with complex medical conditions such as sepsis, stroke, CHF, COVID, and multiple system failures. Your role involves titrating IV drips like Heparin, Amiodarone, and Insulin, interpreting telemetry strips, and collaborating with a team of nurses and CNAs to ensure seamless patient transitions. Expect a lively environment with rapid admit and discharge activity, and a strong emphasis on teamwork and positive patient interactions. Making sure to follow policies, including no artificial nails and proper dress code, will help you thrive in this setting.
