Job Description:

Join a specialized obstetric and neonatal nursing team on a 12-hour day shift in Williston, North Dakota. This contract offers a unique opportunity to work with a busy Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit that handles an average of 58 births per month. You will be expected to read and interpret fetal strips, manage titratable drips like Pitocin and magnesium, and float to MedSurg and ER areas as needed. The unit's setting is a mix of obstetric and neonatal patients with varying diagnoses, ensuring each shift brings new challenges and learning experiences. The hospital maintains a professional environment with in-house anesthesia and RT equipment, and a team-oriented approach with charge nurses and supportive staff. Your role will focus on direct patient monitoring, critical thinking, and maintaining quality standards—all while adapting to the fast-paced nature of the unit.
