Job Description:

Join a flexible RN float pool role where you'll cruise between various medical and surgical units during 12-hour night shifts. This assignment offers a unique chance to experience different departments such as the Medical Unit, Laulima Surgical Acute, and occasionally the Cardiovascular Unit, all while providing essential bedside support. Your day-to-day responsibilities include adapting to diverse patient needs, operating Meditech EMR, managing wound vacs and chest tubes, and maintaining the professional standards expected in a hospital environment. With a focus on adaptability and technical skill, you'll demonstrate your ability to float confidently across departments, ensuring patient safety and care continuity. This role is ideal for experienced RNs with a minimum of 2 years, holding BLS and ACLS certifications, ready to embrace varied clinical scenarios during their shift. The environment promises both challenge and variety, with opportunities to utilize critical thinking skills in a fast-paced hospital setting.
