Job Description:

Join a reputable medical center in Omaha, Nebraska, for this exciting travel nursing opportunity on a 12-hour night shift. You will work on a 20-bed Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit, providing care for a diverse patient population including orthopedics, pulmonary, sepsis, GI, endocrine, cardiac, renal, and psychiatric conditions. The unit includes patients with behavioral health needs, and you will receive training in safety and de-escalation techniques. This position involves floating within the hospital as needed, with a focus on safety and adaptability. The assignment offers a 13-week contract with options for 36 or 48 hours per week, making it perfect for experienced nurses comfortable in a fast-paced, urban hospital environment. You’ll be utilizing EPIC charting and administering drips, with a focus on acute and complex cases that challenge your skills and expand your experience.
