Job Description:

Join a fast-paced critical care team in Nashville, where you'll be immersed in caring for some of the most critically ill patients in the region. This role involves providing specialized care to patients with complex diagnoses, including post-surgical recovery from cardiothoracic procedures, neuro/neurosurgical cases, and ECMO support during COVID-19 surges. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts in a unit with 15 beds, where your skills will be crucial in managing high-acuity cases and collaborating with a dedicated team of RNs and patient care techs. This assignment offers a unique chance to sharpen your critical care expertise in an environment that values resilience and precision.
