Join a fast-paced surgical stepdown unit in Oklahoma City, where you'll be vital in caring for post-transplant patients or those undergoing complex surgical recovery. This role involves closely monitoring kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant patients, managing medication, IV infusions, and responding swiftly to physiological changes. Your expertise will support the team in delivering precise care that makes a real difference during critical recovery periods—think of it as being a key part of a lifesaving party, with a little more seriousness and a lot of skill involved.
