Job Description:

This travel assignment offers experienced ER nurses the opportunity to work in a facility with a 16-bed ED that handles both pediatric and adult cases, including conditions like COPD, CHF, MI, stroke, and uncontrolled diabetes. You'll be responsible for managing critical presentations such as chest pain, arrhythmias, and minor trauma, utilizing your skills with cardiac rhythm interpretation, critical care drips, vent management, and sedation. The shift is 12-hour nights, and the role involves floating between multiple local facilities as needed, providing variety in your daily routine. The hospital supports your assessment and stabilization skills in a fast-paced environment, with a team including charge nurses, hospitalists, RTs, and support staff ready to assist.
