Job Description:

Join this hospital in Battle Creek as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. In this role, you'll provide care for a diverse mix of medical patients across various units such as ortho/neurovascular, cardio/pulmonary, and surgical services including GI, urology, hysterectomies, and mastectomies. Expect to float to different Med Surg units approximately once a week to support staffing needs, and work with a team comprising RNs, LPNs, and techs. You should be comfortable working every other weekend and be prepared for orientation in the first two weeks. This position offers a chance to hone your skills in a well-supported environment, with flexible staffing ratios and opportunities to experience a variety of patient cases.
