Job Description:

Join a busy Level II Trauma Center as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse and experience the fast-paced environment of a 32-bed ED with an average of 120 daily visits. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, either 3x12 or 4x12, providing critical care for diverse patient cases, from traumatic injuries to pediatric emergencies. This role requires managing complex situations such as dysrhythmias, multisystem organ dysfunction, and neurological emergencies, while also performing IV therapies and medication administrations. The position offers a unique chance to float within your scope, enhancing your versatility in emergency medicine, all while being part of a dedicated team committed to high standards of patient care in a Level II trauma setting.
