Job Description:

Join a Medical Surgical Neuro unit on the 4th Floor North, where you'll engage in a variety of neurological and general surgical patient care. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with patients recovering from strokes, neurosurgery, joint replacements, and other complex conditions. Your nights will be filled with managing multiple admissions and discharges, coordinating care for diverse patient populations, and supporting a team that values responsiveness and compassion. You'll be using your skills in a fast-paced environment with mechanical lifts, telemetry, and medication drips, all while enjoying a schedule that allows for a balanced work-life dynamic. This assignment isn't just about patient care—it's about being part of a team that cares about cultural diversity and excellent service. Be prepared to demonstrate your expertise in telemetry, titrating drips like Heparin and lidocaine, and interpreting tele monitors, all while providing friendly, patient-centered care.
