Job Description:

Join a busy Surgical Services team as a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for a 13-week contract at a Level I Trauma Center in Charleston. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, three days a week. You'll be scrubbed into intricate vascular cases including FEVAR, EVAR, TCAR, TEVAR, open AAA repairs, thrombectomies, and AV fistula procedures, providing essential support to the surgical team. Your expertise in vascular surgeries and ability to handle complex cases will be vital. The position requires two years of experience, a valid NBSTSA certification, BLS, and a radiation badge. Flexibility for possible holiday coverage and floating to similar units will be needed, with shifts scheduled on-call as required. This assignment offers a chance to work in a top-tier teaching hospital with a vibrant medical staff, while exploring the historic charm of Charleston.
