Job Description:

This ICU RN contract offers a chance to work in a lively and engaging environment where you'll be the key player during night shifts. You'll be providing critical care to patients in a 20-bed ICU, handling complex cases including open heart surgeries and patients on Impella devices. The role involves floating to telemetry units as needed, with a patient ratio of 2:1 and a surge plan that can extend to 3:1. Expect a fast-paced, rewarding experience that keeps you on your toes and sharp. You'll have the opportunity to work with Cerner EMR and wear navy scrubs while making a difference in a bustling hospital setting.
