Job Description:

Join a team of dedicated cardiac ICU nurses in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for a 13-week travel contract at Mercy Hospital Southeast. This role involves providing specialized care to post-surgical heart patients, including those recovering from CABG and other complex cardiac procedures. As a CTICU nurse, you'll manage a variety of advanced medical equipment such as CRRT machines, Impella devices, and external vent drains, often floating across ICU and progressive units to meet patient needs. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts, delivering hands-on care, monitoring patient recovery, and supporting families through critical moments. This position offers a chance to gain experience with state-of-the-art cardiac technology and to contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes in a facility recognized for its comprehensive cardiac and stroke care.
