Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as an RN in a stepdown and cardiac progressive care unit at Mercy Hospital Southeast. In this role, you'll oversee the care of cardiac stepdown patients on a 12-hour night shift, providing both clinical expertise and emotional support. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, managing IV therapies especially central lines, and responding quickly to adverse signs or emergencies. You'll work with a skilled team in a well-equipped environment using EPIC electronic medical records, ensuring that patient safety and quality standards are.meticulously maintained. This assignment offers a unique chance to refine your cardiac nursing skills while experiencing a community that values its healthcare providers.
