Job Description:

Join a specialized telemetry unit as a Registered Nurse on a 12-hour night shift, where you'll play a crucial role in managing adult to geriatric patients with complex arrhythmias and cardiac conditions. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of cardiac drips, including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, and others, in a setting that emphasizes arrhythmia management, cardioversion, and post-cardiac catheterization care. Expect exposure to a range of surgical and vascular patients, with occasional overflow cases from medical or surgical units. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining patient stability during high-stakes situations—think of it as keeping the rhythm running smoothly. Responsibilities include monitoring patients on telemetry, managing cardiac drips, and responding to arrhythmias with confidence—all within a 32-bed overflow IMCU environment. Basic arrhythmia knowledge and familiarity with systems like Epic and Pyxis will support your work, along with a navy-blue scrub uniform to keep you looking sharp.
