Join a dedicated team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse specializing in Nephrology at an respected acute care hospital in St. Louis. This role involves monitoring patients' cardiovascular status, managing peritoneal dialysis, and supporting nephrology-specific needs on a 12-hour day shift. You'll experience a mix of routine assessments and sudden moments of clinical clarity, all while working within a flexible rotation that includes every other weekend. Expect to utilize your BCLS and NIH certifications daily, with a focus on providing top-notch telemetry care in a fast-paced environment.
