Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a 12-hour night shift in a specialized stepdown unit. This contract offers the opportunity to work with high-acuity patients, including transplant and renal cases, in a fast-paced and technically demanding setting. You'll be responsible for telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and managing advanced respiratory support such as BiPAP and HFNC. Your expertise with IV insulin protocols, vasoactive drips, and central line management will be key. This role also includes post-procedure recovery and transplant care, providing a comprehensive experience in critical care nursing. Prepare to use EPIC charting and Pyxis medication systems, with call requirements and float coverage within the organization. This assignment not only challenges your skills but also places you at the forefront of complex patient care in a vibrant environment.
